Interestingly meet now is not disabled which is a little odd. Here is an example of my account which is set to full Microsoft Teams mode. Users will still not be able to use the SfB app for IM or calling as the user it set to Teams for those modalities.
With version 6.21 iOS and android SfB Mobile apps, even as a full Teams user you can now sign in to the SfB mobile apps, which means you can join meeting authenticated and see your calendar/upcoming meetings with the single click join. Meaning the user could join meetings from mobile devices as a guest (i.e. Previously, when a user account was fully moved to Microsoft Teams, it was blocked from signing in to Skype for Business app on mobile.
